"Colombia thank you for these 2 months together and even though I didn't get to know you the way I wanted to, I will still remember you wonderfully ❤️. Will I be back? I don't know… but the experience is priceless," she captioned the post. How does she stay so fit? El Dursi avoids starchy carbohydrates and sticks to vegetables and fruits. "In general, I avoid carbohydrates every day, as if I don't need them, I've learned to live by avoiding all those buns, breads and potatoes," she says. "I focus on vegetables, fruits, but it's not a specific diet. I also eat specifically because I have a lot of food intolerances."

El Dursi loves riding her bike in the fresh air. "It's been shown that cycling reduces anxiety and depression," says Jaclyn Kubiak, PT, DPT. "Mainly, because you can make it fun. You get the added benefit of being outdoors or you can go do it with friends."

El Dursi feels better when she doesn't have dairy in her diet—otherwise she doesn't believe in restriction. "I don't eat any dairy products, but everything within reason," she says. "I don't torture myself, I don't have any special, restrictive diets."

El Dursi enjoys snacking on watermelon. "Watermelon is an excellent source of vitamin C and a very good source of vitamin A, particularly through its concentration of beta-carotene," says Carla Due, from the University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture. "Vitamins A and C are antioxidants that may reduce your risk of heart disease and certain cancers."

El Dursi says she bounced back from two pregnancies by continuing her healthy lifestyle before, during, and after. "It's not like I got pregnant and after pregnancy suddenly it's cool and my body looks quite decent, but I worked for it for many years before pregnancy," she says. "I have always, almost since I was a child, trained something, practiced something, and went to the gym."
